Arm Balances and Inversions Workshop with Elyse
Sunday, December 10 from 2:30-4pm
Learn the essentials to help you soar in arm balances and feel confident in inversions. Take this workshop with Elyse Cornett and explore the foundations and key alignment principles of beginning arm balance poses and inversions in a safe and supportive environment. Together, we’ll work on preparatory poses which help build your core strength, flexibility and balance needed for these fun and challenging poses. The steps that you will practice to reach each pose will be broken down and demonstrated. You are not expected to master these poses in one workshop!

- Crow (Bakasana)
- One-legged arm balance (Eka Pada Koundinyasana B)
- Headstand (Sirsasana)
- Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana)
$25 per student and limited to 20 people. Registration is required. Some previous yoga experience is recommended to attend.
