Since becoming a certified yoga teacher in 2013, Heather has participated in more than 1,000 hours of yoga teacher training and continuing education, has taught more than 2,400 hours of yoga and is designated as an E-RYT 500 and a Continuing Education Provider with the Yoga Alliance.

Heather has experienced tremendous benefits from yoga — physically, mentally and spiritually — since her first Sun Salutation in September 2001 and is committed to being a lifelong student of yoga. She has a deep desire to help others experience their own benefits from yoga and is excited to spread her knowledge and passion for the practice with students.
