We have designed this 4-week training program to get you RESULTS!

❗ Experienced fitness coach to help you dial in all the moves.
❗ Students of ALL FITNESS LEVELS are welcome!!
❗ No prior experience of any kind is needed.
❗ Small group classes with the same students for 4 weeks, so you have accountability and can progress in the workout together.
This program includes two in-person kettlebell workouts each week that meets on Mondays and Thursdays. You have a choice to register for either 12:15pm or 7:30pm.
