Here at Aspire Yoga Center, we promote a balanced lifestyle by providing a welcoming environment for students to nourish their body, mind and spirit. We are enhancing and expanding the yoga community in Northwest Louisiana, one student at a time.

Classes are taught to students of all levels and we LOVE beginners! Our approach is to teach to the collective energy of each class, creating the best possible experience for every student. During class, our instructors authentically share their knowledge of yoga with students. The practice of yoga is one that changes each passing day, because we change all the time.

To help fulfill our mission, it is our aim is to show the community that yoga is for everyone. Regardless of age, fitness level or experience, our studio welcomes all. The physical practice will focus your awareness to the present moment while calming the mind for an inward experience.

We are conveniently located just one mile north of I-220 at 3709 Benton Road in Bossier City. We’re proud to offer a practice space that includes state-of-the-art FAR infrared radiant heating panels. In addition to offering Heated Power Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates, we also offer many unheated classes.
