Inferno LAB (Legs and Booty) is an action-packed 45-min glute-specific workout that will leave you sore and make you keep wanting to come back for more!

🍑 Have fun while you challenge your body and build mental strength.
🍑 Experienced fitness coach to help you get the most of or your workout and stay motivated through class.
🍑 Students of ALL FITNESS LEVELS are welcome and no prior experience of any kind is needed.
🍑 Class is done barefoot on a yoga mat (please bring your own). All other equipment will be provided.

Price for a single Inferno LAB class:
$25 per student
$21.25 for AYC Members (discount applied at checkout cart)

No cancellations or refunds after enrollment. Classes are non-transferable. By enrolling, you are taking ownership of that spot. This guarantees your space in the program. No refunds or make-up classes will be made available for missed classes. No exceptions. Thank you for your understanding of this policy!

 

Doors open 10 minutes prior to start time. Be sure to arrive prior to the start of class as we will begin on-time and latecomers will not be admitted.
