Kundalini Yoga + Meditative Gong Bath

Saturday, November 19th from 5:00-6:30pm

 

Join Emily Mills for a special 90-min Kundalini Yoga class with a meditative gong bath brought to you by Abi Pomeroy.

 

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic practice that focuses on breath, movement and sound to create shifts in consciousness. This style of yoga helps create an awareness in the mind, of the body and the soul.

 

The practice of Kundalini consists of three parts: an opening mantra, kriya (a series of dynamic postures paired with breathing exercises), and ends with a meditation practice.

 

Abi will end the class with a powerful meditative gong bath during an extended Savasana (final resting pose). The gong bath is best experienced by lying down on your back and simply allowing the sound of the gong do the work. The experience is effortless and the results are profound.

Fee: $40 per student; $30 for members

 

*Doors open 10 minutes prior to class start time. Please be sure to arrive prior to the start of class as we will begin on time and latecomers will not be admitted. No refunds after enrollment. This policy is strict and firm.
