Give Yoga Nidra a Try Today

You may have seen us post on Facebook that one hour of Yoga Nidra (a.k.a. Yogic Sleep) is as restorative as a three-hour nap. It’s great for insomnia, stress reduction and so much more. But what is it all about? We can talk about it all day long, but you won’t fully understand until you try it for yourself.

Joy, the Nidra instructor at our studio, has kindly recorded a 15-minute sleep yoga practice that you do right now from the comfort of your home. Seriously, give it a try now!

Want to enjoy a deeper practice? Join Joy for our 3-week Yoga Nidra series. The class meets from 2:30-3:30pm for the next three consecutive Saturdays, starting April 18. The total cost for the series is $33 per person and registration is required. There are currently 9 spots available.
