Repetition and consistency builds confidence and after starting off the New Year with 8 weeks of yoga, you’ll be confident with a solid foundation of understanding YOUR yoga practice. We’re offering both an 8-week Yoga 101 for Beginners class for newbies, as well as a Power Yoga class series if you are an experienced practitioner and want more of a challenge.
Starting and maintaining a regular yoga practice can be challenging. Our 8-week programs have accountability and support, and all the tools for you to succeed.
