Happy Labor Day!

We hope you have a fun and safe Labor Day tomorrow. We’re implementing a 4-week morning class yoga series on Wednesdays in September from 7-8am, starting this Wednesday (9/3). The cost is $44, which is outside of our monthly unlimited pass. A minimum of five (5) students must pre-register to attend by Tuesday morning (9/2). Click here to register! Please contact the studio if you have any questions or if you’ve purchased a five or 10 class pass and want to apply those classes towards this series.

Mark your calendar for next Sunday, September 7th from 2:30-3:30pm for a special Yoga Nidra class (a.k.a. Yogic Sleep). During the 60-minute practice, you’ll follow the voice of the Narrator, who will guide you through breathing, body part focus, and visualizations. You will enter the deepest possible state of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!!! Yoga Nidra provides full relaxation of the nervous system; builds a healthy and strong mind; improves learning and concentration; restores emotional balance; and can contribute to relief from insomnia, PTSD, OCD, anxiety, depression, and everyday stress.

The cost to attend the Yoga Nidra class is $12 and pre-registration is required. A minimum of six (6) students need to pre-register to attend by Friday (9/5). Click here to register!

If either the 4-week morning series or Yoga Nidra class does not meet the minimum student requirement, those who registered will receive a full refund. Please email the studio at info@aspireyogacenter.com if you want to register and pay when you arrive or have any additional questions.
