Spring 2015 Yoga Class Schedule

It’s pretty funny that it’s snowing out right now and we’re announcing our spring schedule! The new spring yoga class schedule below starts this Sunday, March 1st and will run through the end of May. Schedule changes each quarter are always based on feedback we receive from students and instructor availability.

We are very excited to welcome Erin Middleton to our schedule this spring. You may have had the pleasure to practice with her while she was subbing Farida’s Sunday class while she was out on maternity leave. Erin is an amazing yoga instructor and will be teaching a new Vinyasa Flow class on Monday evenings that you won’t want to miss at 5:30pm.

6:45 – 7:45PM Candlelight Slow Flow with Joy

5:30 – 6:30PM Restorative Yin Yoga with Farida
6:45 – 7:45PM Yoga for Beginners with Valerie

Noon – 12:50PM Vinyasa Express with Margaret
5:30 – 6:30PM Yoga for Beginners with Jodie

4:30 – 5:30PM Gentle Hatha with Joy

As a reminder, space is limited to 12 students per class so that teachers can best meet the needs of each student. Pre-registration is recommended to guarantee a spot.
