Summertime Yoga Class Schedule

The new summer schedule below starts Monday, June 1st and will run through the end of August. We hope you are pleased with changes. Highlights include:

1.  Jodie’s noon class on Friday has been moved to 1:30-2:30pm and will be an All Levels Flow class.
2.  We’ve added an Energetic Flow class on Fridays at 5:30pm with Farida. Great way to flow into the weekend!
3.  The Saturday morning 11am class with Heather has been moved to 10:45am and will be an All Levels Flow class.

Schedule changes each quarter are always based on feedback we receive from students and instructor availability.

Tuesday
5:30 – 6:30PM Restorative Yin Yoga with Farida

Wednesday
Noon – 12:50PM Vinyasa Express with Margaret
5:30 – 6:30PM Beginner Flow with Jodie
6:45 – 7:45PM All Levels Flow with Rachael

Thursday
5:30 – 6:30PM Beginner+ with Joy

Friday
1:30 – 2:30PM All Levels Flow with Jodie
5:30 – 6:30PM Energetic Flow with Farida

Saturday
9:30 – 10:30AM Restorative Yin Yoga with Jodie
10:45 – 11:45AM All Levels Flow with Heather

Sunday
10:00 – 11:00AM Energetic Flow with Farida
2:30 – 3:30PM Beginner Flow with Rachael
4:30 – 5:30PM Gentle Yoga with Joy
