Our 1st Full Class!

It’s beyond exciting to see our mission to expand and enhance the yoga community in Northwest Louisiana already being carried out. We take pride in fulfilling our mission one person at a time. Thank you for your continued support since we opened this summer.

Yoga has taught me that with a consistent, dedicated practice, nothing is impossible. I remember being in a yoga class just over a year ago thinking, I don’t know how these other yogis are contorting their bodies this way or balancing on their arms that way. Well, at that time I began a dedicated yoga practice that was very consistent. And guess what??? I can now get into those exact same asanas (poses) that I swore my body would never be able to do!

Ashtanga Yoga founder Sri K. Pattabhi Jois said, “Practice and all is coming.” I believe he meant both on an off the yoga mat.

Since the opening of Aspire Yoga Center, our teachers have been consistently dedicated to providing excellent yoga instruction. I’ve also been consistently dedicated to spreading the word in the community that we’re here. We’re all seeing the fruits of our labor!

I truly believe that with consistent dedication, you can achieve anything you aspire to in life. Do you agree? What have you accomplished by being consistently dedicated? I’d love to hear from you in the comments below, via email or Facebook.
